When is my job going to be changed?

I'm married and a software professional. Since last 2years there has be some stagnation in my career and decline in name/fame. Due to this I'm desperately looking for a change in my job because I don't see any gowth/promotion/financial excellence in my current job.
1) Can you please let me know by when I can expect change in my job? Will the change be fruitful, can I have my desires fulfilled there?
2) How is my career looking w.r.t Saturn transiting to Leo in July 2007?
3) How is my family/social life seems to be in coming recent years?
Answers: Ok, after much thought and research here is my answer:
It says that you are entering a 30 year period of obsessing about your financial status and stability. Perhaps this is a good time to try something different or at least attempt to change things at work.
Things to try that are new, perhaps politics, or the stock market. If you choose to stay within the same profession then maybe you should switch departments and try the public relations department of your firm. Another idea is attempt to change things at work by taking a position in the sales department as a software promoter.
You are supposed to have the ability to do these things because you were born on this specific date.
You are a perfectionist, but have excellent people skills learn to control your impatience and nervousness.
You secretly have a need for self expression a change within the same job should satisfy that need.
Lastly do not worry unnecessarily over finances.
