although it was due to the unterdasha of Venus, in Jupitar. that time ur brother sufferd from the finencial lose like lose in income and debts, but i think this will not happen again.
ur brother have saturn in saventh and the aspect of rahu on seventh house , that means he will have problems in married life and business.
Financially he will not do well in future, he can try some administrative job, or some marketing, or govt. lisoning work can suit him.
